So, here I sit, waiting for my flight back to the UK – watching the world go by in an airport once again.
Even though there’s much to annoy me in any international airport, there’s something comforting about just zoning out and letting the push of people heading to places flow around me; envelope me.
I wrote most of Karaoke Criminals in Heathrow departure lounge, or on a plane, while travelling on business across the Atlantic – and there is definitely something about travel that brings words to the fore.
So here I sit, waiting for my flight back to the UK – writing once again.
I suspect there’ll be many more words over the next couple of weeks.
